MEET CHRISTOPHER

Christopher will be 8 years old in May.

He is smart and thoughtful. He loves elephants and always has.

I asked him what he would like for me to write in this journal about him.

He said he would have to get back to me on it. He would have to think some.

Christopher is our thinker! His face lights up a room when he smiles and he has the most beautiful blue eyes! He will be the grandson that will appear in the pages of G.Q one day.

Maybe he will get back to me about what to write, maybe not!  I'll just have to write some stories about his younger days!

I Love You, Christopher!

LAUREN...NOT HAPPY ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS

Lauren...5 years old.

I asked Lauren what she thought about her Mom getting smaller and if she like it.

She looked at me, stuck her 5 year old lip out and shook her head and said she didn't like her Mom as a little Mom.

I asked why and she just said.

I want Mom to grow back!!!!. She has only known her Mom as a big Mom and must miss that.

A GREAT EASTER 2004

We had a fun time together  this Easter.

The children loved hunting the eggs and the Adults enjoyed our time together.

I have a wonderful family and I am very proud of each of them.

Thoes who call me Mother, Mother-in-Law and Grandmother.

We all missed having Richard home! Also missed Ross and Mickey. Maybe, next year!!!

I was tired when everyone left but it was a good tired.

These special times are precious and will never come again except in our memories!

MEET RICHARD

Richard is our oldest Grandson. He is 20 years old and is serving in the Air force.

Pictured with him is his girl friend, Kristen.

Richard joined our family when he was 10 years old and our daughter, Sheri married Scott.

It was fun watching him grow into a man and he is such a fine young person.

We have always considered him.... "Our Grandson" and we are very proud of him.

I will be writing more about Richard as time goes on.

Bama AKA ..GRAND to Richard.

He thought Bama was for the little people!

MEET CAMERON

Meet Cameron! He is 5 years old and a real sweetheart.

Cam was diagnoised with diabetes when he was 3 years old.

He is a trooper and does his own finger pricks many times each day.

He learned early that he had to have a shot before he could eat.

One day when he was 3 1/2 and over here visiting. He pulled down his jeans, backed up to his Mom and said....

SHOT...I Hungry!

LAUREN SPEAKS

Lauren ( 5 ) has become a cleaning person. Melissa told me this morning the she tries to clean everything. The other day she came down the steps and announced to Melissa that they needed to hire someone to clean the house.

That if they hired someone that person could "Maybe" clean Her room and make her bed and also clean up the toy room.

Melissa asked her why because she was doing such a good job cleaning those areas.

Lauren said...

Well then Mommy, I would have a lot more time to spend with You and Daddy!

SMART Lady and already thinking!!!!!!

MICHAELS MUSINGS

Melissa, Michael's Mother is losing a lot of weight. I asked her if the children have noticed. She said she didn't think so until the other day.

Michael was sitting at the table while she was working in the kitchen. She opened the refridgerator to get something out. When she turned around, Michael was looking at her and said....

MOMMY...Your shrinking!

JORDAN STORY

Sheri came to the house with Jordan (9) on Sunday afternoon.

Jordan had on a new outfit and she was so proud of it.

She look so adorable in the black pants, red shirt and red hat.

The red shirt had an "S" in rinestones.

Jordan told me that anything that had letters on it was " IN"!

I said, Jordan, I was wondering why you chose a shirt with an "S" on it instead of a "J" for Jordan.

She said, well Bama, Iwanted the "S" instead.

Why? I asked.

Jordan replied... Because the "S" stands for SWEET!
